Lantech DNV-Type approval models meet with the most critical test criteria in DNV Type test directives consisting of MED (Marine Equipment Directive), EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive) and LVD (Low Voltage Directive) in which vibration, high voltage, compass safe distance, salt mist tests, humidity etc are conducted to ensure the switches sustaining the harsh on-board environments often founded in Ships, Crafts and Offshore platforms. Lantech has a wide product line of DNV-Type approval series from the entry industrial Ethernet converter: IEC-0101FT, to fully managed industrial Ethernet switch: IES-2216C, providing the biggest flexibility to the marketplace.

Lantech IEC 61850 series, which includes IES-22812F-PU and IES-2224-PU, features high reliability and robustness. These two models are ready to comply with IEC 61850 & IEEE 1613 with standing extensive EMI/RFI phenomenon, lighting surge, inductive load switching, high ESD, high fault current environment usually finds in power substation. Widely operational temperature capacity (-40°C ~85°C) ensures IEC 61850 series switches runtime during the harsh environment of power utilities.
